New York Grants, Rebates, and Credits

Residential

Incentives:

  1. $1.75 per watt up to 7000 watts
  2. 30% Federal Tax Credit
  3. 25% New York State Tax Credit (capped at $5000)
  4. New York City residents are also eligible for a property tax abatment incentive

Commercial

Incentives:

  1. $1.75 per watt up to 50,000 watts
  2. 30% Federal Cash Grant (until December 31, 2010)
  3. MACRS - 5-year accelerated depreciation

Non Profits

Incentives:

       1. $1.75 per watt up to 25,000 watts
